I think any Browser is better than IE. I use Fire Fox because of the speed and it is open source,so I trust it more. I like the other version of Fire Fox too,Pale Moon, it is also Mozilla,it just is a smaller version of Fire Fox. If you don't use parental controls and such it is actually better...

Yes, it gives you an alternate route but is it really saving you fuel. I have had it route me off the Interstate because of the difference in the speed limit, then you have traffic lights, small towns, etc. To save fuel just set your cruise at an acceptable speed.

It is nothing more than a toy. Best mpg is around 55 mph.,so that feature is going to route you with routes with that in mind. Your better off using shorter distance or faster time and using cruise control,if you have it, to save fuel. I use fastest time.

You don't mention which mail is being deleted old or new,could it be your inbox is full and the system deletes the old to make room for the new. Just a guess.

You didn't mention what Version of Firefox you are having trouble with. You may want to check out Pale Moon,it is based on the same code as Firefox but is requires even less resources,because they left out a lot of things most of us don't use anyway. The Pale Moon Project homepage

Garmin has a free program you can download from there web site to plan a route,connect your Garmin to Computer and upload that route to it. It is called Base Camp,that might help you if you carry a Laptop with you.

I had one the sound went out Customer Service had me do a factory reset and the sound worked,might not be the same for you though.

When your Garmin is connected to your computer click on Start then click computer you will see 2 new drives one is the Garmin internal memory and the other is the SD card. So you don't have to remove the card to read it.

I think a laptop is much better Tablets are somewhat limited. Just me.
