When you sign on with a carrier, and run under their authority, their DOT numbers go on the truck.

    sprinter van for Panther

You won't get 2000 miles a week in a van. Once in a while, sure, but not consistently. A better, more realistic goal would be 1500 miles a week, and you won't get that every week, either.

    sprinter van for Panther

It's all kinds of loads, but mostly it's stuff in boxes, banded or shrink wrapped to pallets.

    POLL exam expedite

Not necessarily for me. They may have been recommended by a recruiter or someone else who knows it's a decent company, but might not know the details like pay or whatever. I was just curious. But I also wanted to ask the question just in case a red flag might need to be planted, in case he...

    POLL exam expedite

Just out of curiosity, if you can't find any information on this company, why are you looking to go with them?

    Freight

If your company isn't on the top boards, then you definitely want to be where the most freight is located. That's Portland, Tacoma. But if you need to get to Michigan by the end of the week, you're 3 days away already. I'd start driving east on 84/80 and hope to pick something up along the way.

    Mileage vs Percentage

Barely. Cater signed it into law on July 1, 1980, and Reagan was elected the following November. I don't think of Carter when I think of the 80s, either.

    Mileage vs Percentage

Jimmy Carter, actually. The Motor Carrier Act of 1980. In addition to trucking, railroad, air and other industries were deregulated in the last 70 and early 80. Basically, it allowed carriers to set their own pricing instead of industry standard pricing controls (where the costs of wages and...

    Returning to FedEx CC

Old woman gossip. If someone wants to change carriers, it's their place to inform others in public, not only of the change, but most importantly, the why of the change.

Premium Transportation services's LLC Hoffman Estates IL

From the Code of Conduct: 6. Drive by posting (DBP) is prohibited. A drive by posting (DBP)is when a new or newer member who has a personal issue or dispute with a carrier, dealer, manufacturer, fleet owner, fleet driver or any other entity and makes their first post as a negative attack or...

    Load1 (loade offer texts)

Probably. But it doesn't really make much sense at Load One. At Panther we received load offers via text (and the QC), and while some people liked the texts, it was mostly just redundant. Load offers by text offered some benefit for those who were out of the truck, like in a restaurant or taking...

    Mayfield Express

It's apparently a really big jump. On the "about us" page the company is represented by a picture of the Navistar International LoneStar Harley-Davidson Special Edition tractor-trailer, the "oooooh, aaahhh" star of MATS 2009.

It's grammar, not gammer. It's doesn't, not don't. And it's "Maybe you can find a nice grammar school blog in which you can post all of your grammar stuff." If you want to be taken seriously (and in some cases read at all), you'll at least make the effort at coherent, comprehensible...

Carriers Liability for Over Loads and Reasonalble shipping Rates My Thoughts ONLY.

Re: Carriers Liability for Over Loads and Reasonalble shipping Rates My Thoughts ONLY That's not really much of a rumor by definition since Congress has held hearings on that very subject at least 4 times over the last few years and have debated several different bills on the subject.

I'm pretty sure he was leased on with Panther, then left Panther and leased on with LRT, and while he was with LRT he ran some Panther loads.
