    2014 International 4300 Box truck

International has a notorious reputation about selling junk. Ever since the the feds required emissions in 2003, International has lagged behind its competitors, chiefly in the competence department. It's like they never grasped the concepts of producing an engine that would withstand the rigors...

Has anyone converted a school bus into an expeditor?

Not to mention, his nick happens to be a rock star... unless Colin himself decided to spam instead of sing.

    Getting started

With a single axle, I'd say more like 12k. If the truck is in good shape, I'd seriously think about a third axle. There are a few companies that pay attention to your truck's extras, like rear tandems.

    Getting started

If it doesn't have a liftgate, you can figure between 19k and 22k for an empty class 8 straight. A double axle would be at the higher end of that, and be able to haul 30k, if you put your GVWR at 52k. When I have a double axle, I put mine at 48, so I have some cushion before maxing out my axle...

I have a fever. And the only cure is more cowb... err... chicken lights.

    Sleeper on m2 straight 26ft

A company tried selling the Argosy glider on truckpaper, but it was off within a couple of weeks. Either they didn't get the response they wanted, or they neglected to ask FL first. Either way, they were wanting too much. I think it was $135k. Don't worry. Once I win the lottery, I'll make FL...

    S.D wide base tire law

If they're going to break fed laws, they need to do it to the ones where the feds should have no authority... like drug laws, etc.

    *need help* out of fuel!!!

Nope... not many would. But I'm sure you would've had a backup plan, in case it did happen.

    *need help* out of fuel!!!

Thing is, he said it to a bunch of trusted contributors... not the MSM who consistently gives Obama professional courtesy by not driving home his own faux pas. "57 states" would've been enough to sink any Republican, as you'd never hear the end of it.

    *need help* out of fuel!!!

Don't mind him. He's a Macho Man. I have to disagree with you, however. These people got into expediting, and ask for help with their first post on EO, after running out of fuel in the middle of nowhere. That reeks of asking for ridicule. I, and I'm sure others, have been in situations like...

    Promaster van pricing announced

Just a minor observation. $995 destination charge? Do they conjure a phoenix to carry it to you? I think the destination on our Honda Odyssey, in 2007, was about $315.

High oil pressure - 3126 engine

It was the oil pump. I'm going to take it out for an extended spin around the block, but that's what it is. They idled it for quite awhile, and when the pressure came down, it was in the norm. No metal in either the oil pan or the filter... so I didn't screw up the engine. Thanx for everyone's...

High oil pressure - 3126 engine

The mechanical and dashboard gauges aren't that much off. I'm doubting it's the gauge, tho it can't hurt to eliminate it as a problem.
