I would say that any parked vehicle having directional force applied to it would be a cause for concern. Chock the wheels, and try not to have the fork lift driver ram the truck is about as good as you can do.

I rarely use my floor E-Track. I mostly use the floor D-Hooks, and I also have E-Track that is attached down the sides. I had the E-Track down the sides on my last two vans. I use it all the time.

Nice Moot. What speed to you generally travel at? I normally drive 60-65 max. (Mostly 60 mph) I'm still not happy with the MPG I've been getting since I got my 2012 Diesel Sprinter last year, but it is what it is. For comparison: Lifetime Averages with 40,421 miles to date: MPG 19.13 PPG $3.05...

They say cabovers are making a come back. I don't know about that, but I have been seeing more on the road this last year. This I definitely have not seen before (from the EO classifieds). I had to laugh when I first saw it. But really, I wouldn't mind having it :happydance:

Had to change out the headlight on my 2012 Sprinter, that was pretty easy. What I think, well I know, will be impossible for me, is changing out the marker light by it. There is no way I can reach the bulb with my fingers. Actually got them stuck in the hole for moment, that was fun :rolleyes...

Depends a lot on what engine it has, miles, etc. Personally, I favor the heavier straights 33K and over more then the under 26K ones. Not a Hino or Volvo fan. Unless the Volvo has a series 60 engine ;)

Yeah, that's the tuff part. I don't think there is a perfect general formula. Way to many factors to consider depending on each truck/engine/setup to give a general answer without zeroing in on a specific truck/engine/setup. And even then, there are numerous things beyond MPG that need to be...

There are lots of add-on modifications that can be done to improve fuel mileage and bring cost down depending on the truck/engine beyond what has already been mentioned. Depending on how involved you want to get, and how much you want to spend ;) Other things that come to mind... A good ECM...
