Yes I am, the Hino is now someone else's problem. I have been in a International loaner until my truck arrives I was responding to Guido's comment about local delivery trucks don't make good expeditor trucks

Well, if you've seen the past year and a half with my Hino you'd know the answer IMO :eek: Freightliner is your choice There is a reason the Hino is cheaper....

The Hino is being decommissioned, maybe it's next job will be a boat anchor. I feel sorry for the next person that buys it:(

I must say for a class 6 or 7 truck yes the Hino gets better mileage then other class 6 or 7 trucks. These trucks were designed for city delivery routes not extended highway use If they had a class 6 truck that got 11 or 12 don't you think we would be driving them. If they are out there...

In your opinion does this sound like a safety issue or just an annoyance? Plus I am paying good money for a working truck with AC and the ac has quit on me at least 5 times in the 14 months, including this spring:(
