Regarding Insurance Companies. It has been posted on here more then once if a driver has no experience in a Straight truck. That person won't be insured. Then how do the husband & wife teams coming from working K Mart or waiting tables get into a Fleet owners truck with no experience?.:rolleyes:

You may want to clarify with OOIDA on what they do & do not finance. Back in April there is a post on the Fiance Forum page from Team Caffee that OOIDA would not finance a "Straight Truck"

IF, your in Bankruptcy. YOU don't "offer" anything. The Bankruptcy court appoints a Trustee. The Trustee tells you just how much you are required to send to the Trustee each month and the Trustee pays who ever is on the list of who you owe.

If this is\was a "Personal" loan and not a "Auto" loan what or how they spend the money is none of the lenders business. A Auto loan may have conditions on what the vehicle can be used for along with a lien against the vehicle. A personal loan is personal, there should be no lien against the rig.
