I Have posted a link to this on my Page as well as several MB FB pages, including my own local dealer. Thanks for giving this account of your experience publicly. Most of us are one to three van operations leased on to a company and we don't have much influence with MB or the dealers.

Glad to hear that not everyone is having trouble. Mine went about 10K just clearing the CEL before it finally triggered the countdown again. I got that reset and I'm going to see how far it will go before it happens again. If and when it does I will attempt to solve that pesky DEF problem...

I've never let it get below 2 starts before I have it at a shop. So, I don't know if it will or not. Too afraid of the tow bill.

I took it to the Freightliner dealer there in Nashville. Also a Sprinter shop. They were unable to reset it as well. They did update the software though. They spent about 30 to 40 minutes on it. They didn't even charge me for their time. If only it would have worked! So, I'm out of service again...

Update: I was afraid it was too good to last. After around 18K of clearing the CEL whenever it lit up, the countdown is back. My scanner won't reset that. I'm in Nashville now waiting to unload. I'm going to head over to dealer when empty. I hope they can reset it quickly so I don't have to go...

Weekends can be slow. I usually consider anything I get Saturday or Sunday as a nice bonus. Thinking that way helps me not to get too antsy over the weekend.

I've wondered if a person could single out the rears and reconstruct the wheel wells on a 3500. you could still carry well over 4K with the singles. just a thought.
