After being leased for 5 1/2 years I decided to go independent and wish I would've done it sooner. The freedom alone is worth the switch, no bs and as long as you're patient & stay in the freight lanes the rates can be decent.

I recently discovered the Airbnb app. This app has bnb listings all over the world! I've used it several times and had great success. You can usually get a private room with TV for $35 a night. I like this option better than a $70 dirty motel room. Check it out.

Maybe I'm exspecting too much, but I had enough of under trained lazy dispatchers. I remember having a great dispatcher who pre loaded drivers, got you close to home when needed and knew shipping and receiving hours for our clients. Not any more, it seams my companies priority is to sell alot...

K&N now makes the air filter for the Promaster 3.6 engine. My fuel inconomy increased by 3.5 mpg and the throttle response is smoother.
