Single State Registration
I filed single state registration for all contiguous 48 states and have my certificate. I have heard I will need additional permitting to run in Mew Mexico, MO, NY and California. Can anyone verify this?- WDM1

I have a FL70 - 22 ft with Sleeper, no liftgate but might consider getting one. Have my own authotity MC 461359. Truck is based out of Quinton, VA (about 12 miles south of Richmond Airport)Interested in what you have to offer.- WDM1

Paper Work
I just got my authority and am trying to get straight on the paper end.Several Questions someone may be able to help me with. When you get a load thru a broker, who gets billed? The Broker or the shipper? Are there any specific requirements for Freight Bills and Invoices.Any suggestions on sources?- WDM1
