has anyone had to get a dot anual for a cargo-van? I just talked to a panther2 driver and he said panther2 was sending a message on the qual-com this is now req. for cargo-vans!:'(

has any one worked for panther and landstar, and if so can you tell me the best one for miles verses pay? please give me your best opinion and why. thankyou and godbless!:)
