any load marked hazmat the driver must have an endorsement weather its must be placarded or not..i have gotten a violation for carrying 300 lbs without an endorsement..just because you dont need to placard it doesnt mean you dont need am emdorsement..
i have met bill at the sylectus carrier conference in chicago this last year.. i think he is a stand up person..they were nice people..as business minded he is, if he made a deal and assumed all of ww some how then i am sure he is aware of what he has gotten into? secondly i am worried money...

i worked as a terminal manager and o/o retention manager for a trucking company with 19 terminals..there are ways around the law and the companies all use the same process. Ever wonder why companies have like 3 or 4 different company names that are roughly the same? ie; hot line freight systems...

first off a cop is peace officer..he didnt attempt to keep the peace..secondly he should have taking the kid down if he felt he needed to the way he was trained not sucker punching the kid. and he is on their timewatch, he works for the civilians..cops get a god complex alot like they are above...
so i was sitting in san antonio and got a paid move to dallas..had already turned down 3 loads up that way..so i moving along and dispatch calls me and ask if i can do a short run. Now i was already moving to towards dallas and was im Austin by then..load picked up im sweetwater going to mckinny...
i cant recall name of that place near panther that sells load locks and other logistic equipment but they have these nice cages they put over the windows and install them quickly amd professionally. mine looked good when they were done.
