Cat 3126 again... (Cold start problem)

Happy, Happy and a Merry Merry to all! I have a cat 3126B it has 525,000+ miles in it. It doesn't burn oil but will dump a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of oil out the breather tube while warming it up. It also acts like it has lost it's prime when it if started after sitting for 6 or so hours. It also...

Is it even worth is anymore?

OK, I could be wrong here but I'm fairly sure IF Mexico was going to become a state it wouldn't be happening tomarrow or even in the next decade. 1st thing, it would take a majority vote from 3/4 the population of the US, and somthing like a 5/8's vote from the house and senate, hell we can't...

Toyota plant in Buffalo, WV-- Beware expediters

RE: Toyota plant in Buffalo, WV-- Beware expediter This is just about normal for all the large auto plants. I have only been to 2 or 3 that were "pleasing" Nothing you can do but deliver the freight and get out. Heck if they hold you up that's more $$$$ in your pocket. As for the docking, you...

My wife and I are O/O team drivers for A. Blair. They are a small company that will #1 Not lie to you, #2 Keep you busy as the industry will allow, and very personable. Our shortest run with them was a little over 500 miles, BUT this was our choice as we needed to get to the office to pick up a...

mudtruck, Have you been reading the posts about P2 on this thread and others? I can understand a few people crying about issues' etc.. but if you look back it isn't 1 or 2 it is a slew of drivers. I too was originally going to go with P2, however I ended up with Con-Way, and yes I was unhappy...

Dave I'm going to scare you :) I agree with you on P2 not monopolizing the industry. Heck, I have carried frieght for P2 since I left that they posted, AND it was a fairly good load. I am also running almost 1 load after another, so the freight is there. It just depends on how it is handled in...
