Actually the 3 is for the year. They clip the corners to identify which quarter the inspection was given. A full sticker = first quarter , 1 corner clipped = 2nd quarter , 2 corners clipped = 3rd quarter, 3 corners = 4th quarter. Sent from my SCH-I535 using EO Forums mobile app
