It is surprising how many do not know about paying extra on the principle in addition to the house payment. And, when they do, how many are unaware of the importance of labeling that extra money as for the interest. 100 bucks extra a month results are incredible.

You mean paying extra on the principle itself, with that extra money per month going towards the principle clearly labeled as doing so. Failure to label that extra money is not nearly as effective.

My T/A shower was absolutely perfect. Had a nice 1.5 hour long conversation with the manager there. Real nice guy. Washed and vacuumed the van. In the process of waxing it now. I am in no way complaining being where I am for any given length of time...lol

I am completely debt free thanks to Load One, blessings, and going into a van. I wouldn't have it any other way. So much less stress in many ways being in a van. I should done it a long time ago.

Are you doing the multicarrier thing?.... So many advantages to just leasing onto a good, honest, large carrier. Cheap insurance is one of them. The power of ONE.

If they want to haul cheap freight while paying super high insurance, let them figure it out for themselves. Thin the herd out .

With the inconsistency of how freight is now and days I don't think lack of sleep is an issue for anyone....lol.
