They made a call to MDOT and the state police. Both instructed all commercial over 10,000, must scale, nothing under, 10,000.

I am here at my company, and the saftey dept. assured me the only vehicles that need to scale in Mich. are commercial and over 10,000. They have over 35 units under the 10,000gvw, and none of them scale and none have ever been stoped. Hope this helps out.

The reason for the Blinker fluid shortage, is because it's a multi-purpose product. I put a few drops in my eyes this morning, and they've been blinking ever since.
