I ve had 2 magellans and they both had a tendency to freeze at the worst possible moment, finally giving up the ghost all together. Having bought a garmin 340, and using it for a while ...no problems. Cold day in ##### when I buy another magellan.

After having been all over the country running team, with me using nextel and codriver using sprint, I can tell you this...nextel sucks sprint has almost always got a signal.
