Some prescriptions expire and are not refillable without doctors approval. All the doctor needs is a phone number of the pharmacy to call in prescriptions. My doctor has called my prescriptions in to walmart and I have had no problems.

Correct, RedHot... The ACE system has has slowed the process down, when I thought it was designed to speed things up.

Phil....you are right, there is no contractual obligation on the carrier's part. As with most companies using the "independent contractors" business model, it boils down to simple "risk/reward". It is left up to the contractor to decide whether the risk is worth the reward.

I would be thankful for just the 15-30 minutes of quiet time.
