Mechanical Question about throw out bearing eaton fuller 6 speed?

You need a smooth, level concrete floor to do this on, or you'll be fighting the jack like crazy.

    Hino service question

The most vulnerable parts of a 2008 Hino, in my opinion, are the turbo and injectors. The health of both are critical for DPF longevity. About all you can do about the injectors is to change the fuel filter frequently and buy clean fuel. Fuel in the Northeast is fairly dirty (and expensive)...

Mechanical Question about throw out bearing eaton fuller 6 speed?

Looks like BigStickJr is right. There's no greasing that one. Replace it before it grenades. How long until that happens? No one can say. Sent from my XT1585 using EO Forums mobile app

Mechanical Question about throw out bearing eaton fuller 6 speed?

There should be a grease fitting at the bottom of the bearing. If there isn't, I guess there's a possibility someone put it in upside down, although how they managed to do that evades me. If it gets much worse, it's time to pull the tranny. If you go that far, you might as well replace the...

Hino Misfire no one can solve..

While it's idling, put your hand on the common rail pressure sensor and give it a wiggle. As these trucks age, I'm seeing more and more of them develop a bad connection here, and it makes them go berserk. The common rail is the metal log that has all of the injection lines coming off of it...

Hino Misfire no one can solve..

I can't really tell what's going on in those videos. There are some things that can cause jumping like that, including intake throttle valve sticking and bad connections at the scv and rail pressure sensor. There are times when the exhaust brake comes on when the driver doesn't command it...

    Hino FD 2008

I'd just install it. I'd do it cold so you don't get burned. The starter is under there, so I'd disconnect the negative cable. If you were to drop a wrench on the starter and a connection was made, things can get pretty exciting.

Someone tried to weld an air compressor to the engine block.

I saw a blob of JB Weld on an engine. I picked at it for a few seconds before continuing what I was doing. When I started the engine, this happened to my toolbox. Sent from my XT1585 using EO Forums mobile app
