FYI: ac delco makes steel replacements for the 2 grooved pulleys. And another company makes a steal pulley for the tensioner. 3 day wait so we went with gates from o'reilly's and going to order the steel soon. When the belt shredded it took out the cooling fan bearings so waiting on it to show...

Rackin frackin... kurt's sprinter got 54 miles from the house and both idler pulleys fried and shredded the belt... please proceed with i told you so... BUT in my defense i checked all pulleys thoroughly and they were all 100% fine.... well so i thought... its being towed to the house...
