I read your post from a while back where you posted a copy of a template Owner-Operator Lease Agreement (http://www.expeditersonline.com/forum/general-expediter-forum/19073-owner-operator-lease-agreement.html), and was wondering if you could help me out and answer a few quick questions.

How often are these types of owner-operator leases used? Are they ever for more time (e.g., 30 days)? I noticed that this lease can be immediately canceled by either, and the project I'm working on would require this type of lease arrangement, but with 30 days notice to cancel. Do you think owner-operators would have a problem transferring possession and not being able to get possession for 30 days?
