You're right about the total speculation part. With nothing to go on, I'm not going to speculate about Barr at all. Meaningful info will come out in due course.
Barr is reported to have been working on a book since he left his post at the Justice Department. And it seems accurate that "Barr ultimately put himself at odds with Trump when last December he declared that Justice had uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change President Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory." While we have no idea what Barr told the Jan 6 Committee, or whether he pleaded the 5th in those talks, we do know Barr did not refuse to meet with the Committee. That aligns him with hundreds of other witnesses who have met with the Committee, and sets him apart from the tiny few who refused.
Given his role as AG in the Trump administration, Bar certainly has meaningful information to share. We'll simply have to wait and see what exactly he shares, if he shares anything at all. His book is scheduled to come out on March 8.
Barr was once an ardent Trump ally. But that did not last. He put himself on record with his "no evidence of widespread voter fraud" statement. And ...

Don't forget: Barr misled the American public and mischaracterized the Mueller Report, lying about it's findings.
And there is an arguable case that Barr was not honest and lied to Congress in one (or more) of his appearances during his past tenure.
True ... as far as it goes.
That is not to say however that Barr is beyond covering up and recasting what actually occurred during his last sojourn at DOJ.

While it could turn out to be different, I don't think the "have the military seize the voting machines" document will amount to much. Vast stores of documents are generated by numerous people in any administration. Anyone could have created this document to float as an idea. While the document has headline shock value the media can't resist, nothing has emerged so far that suggests the idea went anywhere beyond someone's filing cabinet.
Looks like by the end of March. They have to make sure they have backstops in case Google and Apple get pressured to drop their app because of a Left hissy fit.
I like the fact that it will be more than politics and have other stuff too. Should garner a big audience with that approach and more entertaining too.
