Congratulations and good luck.

If you didn’t get owners manual I’d highly recommend getting one and doing all the recommended maintenance on time by a reputable shop. Hino Shop if possible.

The 2015 and up trucks have a much more reliable after-treatment system. Its pretty bulletproof, as with any manufacturer you will have people chime in with some horror story here and ther, but overall they are well built many out there with ove a million on em. The cab and engine are imported form Japan but the driveline, axles, transmission are all sourced in the US on the Conventional units. There is nothing special about any of that, and any qualified shop can assist you there. I would suggest using genuine Hino filters and if you have any engine issues to take it to a Hino dealer for service. Good luck and congratulations.

Some do, some don't. You have to call the companies that you are interested in and find out.
