Maybe I'm exspecting too much, but I had enough of under trained lazy dispatchers. I remember having a great dispatcher who pre loaded drivers, got you close to home when needed and knew shipping and receiving hours for our clients. Not any more, it seams my companies priority is to sell alot runs and screw their own drivers. Is it my carrier, or is it the future of expediting?
