Hino 195 Oil coming out of Turbo

Hi all! I've noticed lately on our 195s the turbos all seem to leak oil, some worse than others. I'm starting to get concerned. We do regular maintenance including replacing the Crankcase filters. Is this a sign of something going wrong? Thanks for any input!

They all do it. It's considered normal. Not sure what else I can tell you.

I have a 338 and it leaks oil around the fittings (where the plastic pieces meet the metal) is that where you are talking about?

Ok thanks I figured it was normal to an extent. The oil is coming out of the connection between the turbo and the inter-cooler piping. As long as its nothing to worry about we'll just clean the area really well. We've got an inspection coming up soon with the highway patrol and they don't like any leaks.
