    No generators

BTI, the other is called ZeroBreeze and it’s only ok for one with direct flow to you…it works. I’m with DTW on the winter limitations of the Wave 2. (I use espar and keep a buddy heater as backup. But in triple digit summer heat, the Wave has been more than adequate (meaning don’t need to keep...

    No generators

I’m $3,100 all in including Zamp Solar. But you can get the Zero Breeze with extra battery for almost half that. Its not as flexible with it’s charging options but it is a good system for one person….

    No generators

BTI, I use the EcoFlow power station (Delta Pro) paired with the Wave 2 air conditioner which uses approximately 460 watts at max cool. My power station is recharged by 400 watts of solar panels on the roof of my Sprinter 2500. In a pinch, I can go to an EV charge station and top it off. It is...

    Drivers Beaten By Security Guards.......

After reviewing the tape, I am going to side with the security guards on this one. 1. You have uncooperative driver. 2. Security did not beat down the driver and wife, they subdued them. 3. If driver made it back to his truck, he poses a much greater threat. 4. Driver and his wife should be...

Changing the shocks on a truck

Bob, how many miles do you get on your steers and how often do you rotate them? I believe in the video you mentioned 200k is this correct? If so, what brand, load range and size are you running with? Sorry for all the questions but tires can cut deep in the profit pocket if neglected. Thanks.

Changing the shocks on a truck

Good video Bob. I have two questions; 1.What torque setting did you use on your impact. 2. Any reason for not using anti-sieze on the shock mount bushing. BTW, good miles on those shocks. I usually change mine around 60,000 when running North East because they start to feel soft.

    Who's at Fault?

I wonder if that car coming on the road via ramp (upper right hand corner) at a high rate of speed had anything to do with the Fedex driver's action. At first viewing, I didn't think the car was going to stay on the ramp....at fault if they made contact?Primarily the bus driver. Agressive...

Has anyone done this at a truck stop?

Shore Power Technologies is a dollar per hour plus 1 dollar to activate. The service is 20 & 30 amp + cable for TV. They also have 50 amp 220V. Sometimes I plug in to give the generator a break. I would think asking a J or TA etc. would be reasonable and even an appreciation tip as a thanks is...

I can tell you why rates are so low. Its not fuel.

Well...just so you are up to date, no more old rusty vans either. We got a fleet message advising us that some automotive clients will no longer allow trucks/vans over 9 years old...probably because of your van OVM!

Low prices are killing this month!ppl bending over like crazy!

A few shippers shopped around after getting burned by the so called reputable big carrier when they were sent Ill equipped trucks and unskilled drivers. One shipper told me that with the previous truck that was sent, the driver didn't know how to operate his pallet jack. I was the replacement...

    Cheap Freight to No Freight

"I guess I print one of the signs and start standing on the corner with my hand out.God Bless the USA". If you do that, you will have to have it in several different languages...most people driving by (especially in trucks) can't read English.
