Re: Part 3 of our Trucking SagaPart 1 USXpress where Bob got out from under the truc
Welcome to Landstar! We left FDCC ourselves back in Sept after 4 years. We saw changes in the system for E units that we didn't like. Landstar allows you to have more control over the frequency of loads and...
Moved to a different carrier- not expedite - Too soon to say if better. But so far would say comparable $$ wise and I think other benefits will push the new company over FedEx.
I agree deville accident and stupidity there two different thing when you hit a bridge and tip open the trailer open more than 28 feet = you are no putting attention on the road no break was apply in this one so I am not perfect but I being going to ny city for more than 15 years and I still...
And we also see a lot of load with more DH than loaded miles ,we did a load of toilet paper to walmart dc with 7hr waiting to unload an no $$&$ for detention and the truck next to me came from the same shipper same type of load same weight for $700 more from a broker

We tried it out a year ago... The...
My Puerto Rican minister of Transportation is right on top of all our numbers... He says it seems to happen most often on pre-dispatch loads... We have seen the differences on both mileage pay and FSC... It's just annoying to have to call and fight over a couple bucks but at the end of the...
Anyone else having a problem with the load opportunity rate not matching the rate when you get the load info??? We have had discrepancies from $1.44 up to over $20. It doesn't seem like much but it happens frequently. Curious how many trucks aren't noticing and thus putting even more $$$ in Oh
