About This Job at A&L Trucking LLC

Andy and Linda, owner of A&L Trucking LLC, set a goal of owning 5 trucks in 5 years when they started driving in 2012. Having met their goal in 2016, they now want to help others do the same.

Benefits of driving for A&L Trucking:

• All straight trucks have automatic transmissions and climate controls.
• Monthly safety bonuses when safety criteria are met.

• 99% no-touch freight
• no experience required (owners provide on the job training)
• Pay: $6,400.00 - $8,800.00 per month per team
• Access to group health insurance

Teams must:

• have a valid Class B (or A) CDL with Hazmat endorsements
• be a citizen of the USA
• have a clean criminal history (last 7 years without conviction, incarceration, probation, or parole)
• have clean personal and professional driving record (last 3 years w/out tickets, including no seat belt, speeding more than 15 miles over limit, use of cell phone while driving, etc.)
• be willing to stay on the road 5 weeks at the time (but may have opportunity to visit family & friends when loads allow)
