CDL TEAM DRIVERS WANTED – STRAIGHT TRUCK (EXPEDITE)

(Leased to ArcBest Panther Premium Logistics)
REALISTIC TEAM EARNINGS:
• $2,800 – $3,800+ per week per TEAM (after fuel)
• $1,400 – $1,900+ per driver
• Based on 30,000–34,000 miles/month
• Top teams can exceed $4,000+/week

COMPENSATION:
• 60% of Linehaul Revenue
• 100% Fuel Surcharge (FSC)
• 100% of most Accessorial Pay (Detention, Layover, TONU, etc.)
• Weekly Settlements
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position (you keep more of your money — no taxes withheld)

️ Fuel paid by drivers (fuel card provided, deducted from settlement)
• Open to adjusting pay structure for the right team

REQUIREMENTS:
• CDL Class A or B (Class A preferred)
• Must be an established TEAM (2 drivers)
• 21+ years old
• Clean driving record
• Pass DOT drug screen & physical
• Willing to stay out 3+ weeks

• DOD Clearance Eligibility
