FedEx Custom Critrical TVAL OR Landstar Express Cold Chain Team Wanted
We have a couple of opportunities for a same household team. At either Landstar Express America, Cold Chain Division. Or, FedEx Custom Critical, WG/TVAL. Hazmat required, DOD teams do very well at Landstar. (DOD much easier to get at Landstar than FedEx..)
All our trucks are FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA D Size Expediting Class 8 trucks, with Bolt 100" Sleepers, TK Reefers. Have all the goodies; full size bed, full size fridge, micro/convection oven, sink, (hot & cold water), lift or dual axle (48K gross), satellite TV, automatic transmission, Onan GENSET. (All The Bells and Whistles!) Trucks are extremely well maintained, we try hard to stay ahead of the breakdowns. And when repairs are needed, we do it right, no shortcuts!
We prefer teams who have Expediting Experience, but are will to train the right Team. Teams must be available 80% of the time (you work out the scheduling). We cover all truck expense, provide drivers with a credit card to pay for maintenance expenses, EFS/Comdata for fuel, and BestPass for tolls and weigh stations. We don't micromanage our teams. We like you to treat the truck as if it is yours. We pay weekly by direct deposit. We are former drivers, and understand the trials of being on the road. We treat our teams as we treated ourselves when we were driving. Pay rate will depend on Experience.
One of the trucks avalable is a 2019, just over a year old. Tandem Axle instead of Lift Axle. The Right Team can get this truck in addition to a bonus plan based on performance.
