Husband & Wife or Established team(Excellent Pay)

Looking for a H/W team or established team with 3-6 months experience and willing to drive 6 weeks minimum. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Preferably no pets or smokers. The truck is a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia, 96 inch custom sleeper with sink, TV, Fridge/freezer induction stove top, and deluxe bunk. Must keep truck clean and report any problems that may occur asap. There will be no micro-managing and we expect drivers to run the truck as their own. We are offering a sign on bonus and 60/40 split with drivers getting 40% with production bonuses and the opportunity for pay increase after 6 months based on performance. Owners pay for fuel, tolls, repairs, truck maintenance, any tools needed. We want to build a great relationship with our drivers and give them whatever is needed for comfort and the tools to succeed.
