Feb 9, 2010 - 9:31:05 AM | By Land Line

A trucker who allegedly beat and stabbed his co-driver to death while the victim was trying to steer the truck on Interstate 90 near Buffalo, NY, has entered a “not guilty” plea.

Rudy Arnette, 46, remains in jail without bond and faces a second-degree murder charge. He’s accused of killing 43-year-old Robert Hardy as the two were heading from Vermont to Ohio on Jan. 26.

The two men drove for Falcon Transport of Youngstown, OH, and the victim’s fiancée says they never did get along.
