When is not-so-good news but not so-bad news, either?

Every nameplate with the exception of International has posted a gain in 2015 with Kenworth leading the way at 48.8 percent, followed closely by Western Star at 48.4 percent. International's decline was only 2 percent.

As for September, every OEM posted a drop in sales with the exception of Mack, which was up 2.6 percent.

Freightliner continued its dominance of the Class 8 market, posting a 38.3 percent share in September and a 37.6 percent share for the year.
