OH MY GOSH YOU SWALLOWED YOUR GUM!!!

Gum Wall and this is disgusting

There is no reason not to swallow gum except for an old wives tale. After I quit smoking I switched to gum to help with the craving. After a meal instead of reaching for a cigarette I reach for a piece of gum or when I start getting a little tired I reach for a piece of gum. Solves two cravings; one to reach for something and the other to put something in my mouth.

When chewing gum a trash can is not always available so what do you do? Spit it on the ground, stick it under the table, or onto a wall? NO JUST SWALLOW IT... Really it is ok. Gum that is swallowed basically comes out of the body the same way it went in and it is a normal time. Not seven years as we have been told.

In extreme cases gum has caused a problem and probably has caused death. If that stops you from swallowing your gum you might want to quit drinking water as well. There are several bad affects from drinking to much water one of which includes death.

If you don't believe me look up "Can I swallow my gum?"

Who wants to clean up this mess?
