Trucking Moves America Forward reports year of support, fund-raising
Trucking Moves America Forward, the industry-wide campaign to create a positive image for the industry, reported today on the success of its year-long efforts through gifts, advertising and sponsorships.
"Over four million in-kind donations through advertising, sponsorships, trade show printing and more" has been received, TMAF spokesmen said.
Trucking Moves America Forward or TMAF, was unveiled at last year's Mid-America Trucking Show to help policy makers and the general public understand trucking's contribution to the nation's economy.
The movement also centers on building political and grassroots support to strengthen and grow the industry in the future.
