This guy ran a red light into the rear of my truck on Sept14,2005. He was driving a car owned by the State of Ohio.The Ohio State Police covered for the driver. The Attorneys that Express 1 hired (Robert Buckbinder,& Phil Templeton fron Columbus,Ohio) refused to put for any effort to represent me on Feb 14,2006,because according to them "there is nothing in the police report we can defend you with." The investigator never even went to the gas station to talk to witness that I talked to.He said "He wasn't interested".
