Natural sleep patterns can be obtained when team driving.

Too often we are expected to adhere to a predetermined time schedule day in and day out with our bodies protesting all of the way. We all have a different time of day when we are most productive and our day will ebb and flow with what works best.

In Bob and I's earlier years I would be up hours before I started work-getting things done that needed done around the house before my workday started. Bob on the other hand would carefully lie out his clothes the night before, belt through the loops in his pants, pockets loaded, everything ready for him to slip his clothes on quickly. After hitting snooze as many times as possible he would burst out of bed, jump into his clothes, grab his lunch box, and run out the door and all of this would take about five minutes.
