Stealing rain water on your own property

That's pretty rich when the government arrests you for collecting rain water on your own property. Then again, it is Oregon, one of the loony left.

Joe is a few years later on this one, notice the date on the article in the link. According to this article it seems that the state is saying that he was diverting streams or tributaries and not just collecting rain water. It seems that it's certainly a possibility considering the fact that he had 13 million gallons of water. That would be an awful lot of rain to collect.
