i am curious are you to have a container of beer in semi when off duty?

The reason why I am asking there is an truck driver who is known as an drunk who is in need of treatment, but refuses to get it when he is not drinking their bringing beer in the semi I have tried to do the right and report but nobody wants yo help I have evidence and witnesses

He had the keys in his possession. I have a picture of him with his keys and container of beer. He does this on a regular basis drink and drive. Where do I go to report him. So, he doesn't hurt anyone because it is getting worse. Plus he hides the beer in the morning so he keep drinking and drive.

If he's drinking and driving he needs to be reported I'm sure local cops would gladly take care of the problem

So will the people he hurts. If you really have proof, contact the carrier and give them the proof and your name and any other pertinent info.

Do the right thing and turn him in. Maybe a family you are saving or maybe yourself if you are riding/driving with him.
If you are riding with him, I would take the keys and get him out of the truck all together. Time to party and there is a time it is off limits.
