Newbie Checking In

Hello all,

Newbie here just checking in. Looking to make the change into expediting in the late winter or early spring of 2017.

I've spent my adult life working in construction, hotel management, white water rafting and Rockk climbing guiding and farm management.

I need a change. Nothing worse then walking into the same building everyday putting up with an incompetent manager that I only got their position by blowing someone.

Can't wait to get behind d the wheel.

Probably best to wait until March. January and February can be slow.

Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to holdout as long as possible everyday I go into work I hate it more and more.

Beyond the overall business slowdown, unless your vehicle has all the bells and whistles, it's kind of miserable in winter. Short days, long nights and cold. "Cabin Fever" can be an issue. More so if loads are scarce and you're sitting for a day or two in bitter cold. Plus, snowstorms can make driving miserable.
