IF you are lucky enough to be spending this weekend in Michigan, don't forget this is the time of year when morel mushrooms are out. Hunting for morels is very good exercise AND the resulting meals are beyond compare. How about baked walleye with a morel and wine sauce? (Please tell me again just why in the heck am I out here for?
