Eaton Autoshift problems.

We have an Eaton auto shift 13spd. We have had 2 xy shifters replaced due to manufacturers defects, 2 wiring harness' replaced due to wires chaffing, shorting out due to poor engineering, 1 range valve, and 1 main spd. sensor. Eaton has replaced all defective parts and we were under warranty so they have taken care of what they should.
We have had a 2 tows, and have lost some where in the neighborhood of $8500 in lost revenue due to these issues. We are about 2900 miles from warranty ending and are purchasing an additional 250,000 mile warranty for $600 which will take us to 750,000 miles of warranty.
Is this just our truck or are there others having similar problems due to these issues? I've never had issues with manual transmissions other than clutch adjustment and routine maintenance. Please let me know if you have had same problems and if you have had successful solutions to them.
By the way it is a gen 3 transmission no clutch pedal in an 08 Western Star. Looking forward to responses, and hopefully some viable solutions.
