I drive a non CDL box truck 2-3 days a week with over night stays in hotels.

I have a 12 yr old nephew that is dyin to go with me on a short over night to Pittsburgh.

Is there a age limit?

Depends on your carrier, my oldest daughter rode with my step father when she was 11 trough 16

As long as they give consent should be no problem, I had to sign a waiver for my daughter and he had a rider permission form his carrier.

Check with your carrier because their insurance will usually set that.

No, there is no age limit, at least not one from the FMCSA. Your carrier may impose one, however. In any case, a guest rider release form will have to be signed by you and the legal guardian of the minor child.
