I have driven for Fedex Custom Critical for 11 yrs 5 of them in White Glove and now the last 16 months in Panther Elite. I use to bad month Panther all the time I was with Fedex but now am pleased with Panther. As far as I am concerned they are the best of the "worst"
How come there is no way as a driver other than word of mouth to find out bad owners in the expediting business? Why do they seem to be protected? You would think that someone would have put up a website about these deadbeat owners.
Yes like I was told by one owner it is not a contract but an agreement not binding. And in these agreements there is nothing about wether the owner will pay you or not. Only what you have to do towards the owner.
It has happened to me too many times and I am tired of it. My last owner is withholding my final 3 weeks of settlements even though I gave 2 weeks notice and worked my way home. This happened with owners from Fedex CC and Panther. Does anybody know what I can do? Fedex or Panther does not seem...
