Time at red lights,

Every day take info from gps of time stop for day
It all started when a dispatcher at Roberts express asked why are you running late. Told her in 150 mile on route us 13 north, va, md, de, caught 63 red lights at 3.5 min each. You do the math, she though I was being wise guy.
Still was on time, learn from others if your not on time, your going to lose money.
So if you don't have good reason for running late, always call or send msg , for reason why traffic, weather etc.

Smart phones but not smart stops lights, if vehicles aren't coming from both directions the light should change green instead of making you wait 30 seconds to 2 min. Red lights are make or break, wheels turning are better then being stopped no matter the speed when you have deadlines to meet!
today was a great day in early morning run today that was 189 miles, round trip only stopped at 2 red lights and one stop sign
