I know my limits so def no hero. Listen to my body. Cpl nights of these 2 hr naps and I pay for it for 3-4 days.

one good reason I don't do long ones direct anymore....I may sit because of my choices, but that is on me and shouldn't reflect on my carrier at all....They always do the best with the limitations I have set....and they work with that...
As you know ya have to take care of yourself. I bust my a$$ out here but I don't push it harder than I can handle. 2 hr nap. Traffic no problem and still dropped early.
