Looking for an OTR truck driver (waterloo,ia)

I need someone who will take care of the truck as if it was their own. I am willing to pay between 40-42 cents to start and after a month or two of seeing how you are doing we can talk about more pay. As long as you are reaponsible the experience does not matter, we all got to start somewhere and I am willing to help one lucky person. The company you would drive for will need to make sure you check out with their insurance and we can put you on the road. I also need someone who will put the miles in, thanks.
