Same thing just happened to me and my husband today. BUT after they cancelled load on us they decided to put a lock on the truck. after 4 hours of sitting and waiting we did a status check and saw the lock. we called dispatch and got the same line of bs as always. fedex is going down hill fast. I feel your frustration. If your contract coordinator doesnt help go to a facilitator and if that don't work contact cantract relations. Good luck
