Season so far.

No ducks yet. The one day we were going to go out the weather did NOT play along.

I did get a doe this morning. Just 45 minutes before I had to leave to come home!!

Now, looking to hunt duck!! MIGHT have a chance to do another duck hunting TV show, will find out more on that later in the week. Those shows are VERY hard work, but FUN!! I hope it happens.

I would rate the duck season so far as a pretty good one.
As far as the deer season I'm starting to wish I wasn't driving truck for a living,its taking up all my free time

So far I am the only one in our lil group that ain't taken a deer.I kinda knew this was going to be a bad year for us by the numbers of deer we where seeing in our area,,I knew it wasn't looking good way before the season started..Ohhh well at least here in Mich. we got lots of season left.

Note to self: Stop letting the first deer I see walk,,because I may not get another chance

Duck went pretty good, lot's of divers. Might get ONE more hunt in on Jan 1, IF there is no ice.

I have a VERY good crack at a doe at my buddies place in Calhoun CO. I will hunt there between Christmas and New Year.

You will be right there in my neck of the woods layout,we gotta met up during the break..breakfeast will be on me,(or at least coffee

My kid just called me this morning asking if he can use my muzzle loader this weekend so there goes my excuses for the honey do list if I get to the house.Oh well he is younger and can handle the cold better then me.

Thinking I maybe done with the ducks this year,,I need to get the boat ready for winter and put away..
Time to get the ice fishing buckets and shanty out

Ill forward ya my cell number in a bit because I wont have internet unless I am in the truck and that means Ill be out of town..
With work so-slow I shut internet at the house off to buy food out here

Besides it was dial-up anyways and not worth having.
