New Years Resolutions

As the new year is getting closer I have started working on a new goals list. I have found if I write my goals down and how I am going to accomplish them I have a better chance at succeeding.

I have also started narrowing my goals down to specifics items and then how I am going to accomplish them. I keep the list on my desktop of the laptop so they are always staring me in the face. Last year I did pretty well on my goals and I hope to do better this year.

Some of my goals are:

Continue to Exercise and control my weight
I have a weekly walking goal and will cook nutritious meals in the truck

I will improve on my writing and speaking skills
I have a high school English teacher willing to help me

I will improve on my record keeping skills
I will rearrange my Quicken to better fit the tax categories

Once again I will try to get better at having more patience and controlling my tongue ... That is the hard one
I will think before I speak and not let myself get agitated

I will cut back on expenses and save where we can for the next truck. We do not need that or we do not need to do that will become my new sentence for 2010

What are some of your goals for 2010?

In 2010 I resolve to find better places to park for the night so that the truck does not get hit. (happened twice in 2009)
