I purchased some South Beach Living lunches for us today and realized I need to be doing more of this. They are great lunches with lots of protein and fiber and they are so much cheaper than buying burgers/fries and/or Subway. They have sandwiches which you put together and heat in the microwave. They are fabulous and very filling. Also they have a walnut, cranberry, chicken salad lunch with pita chips and jello. It is so good and easy to eat while you are on the go. These meals average about $2.50 depending on where you buy them but that is a pretty inexpensive lunch and it is good for you. I found these lunches in the section near the kids refrigerated meals.
